Information we collect and why
Enquiries and bookings
When you register interest, book a call or email us, we receive the details you provide, typically your name, email address, organisation, role, country of interest and your message. We use them to respond to you and to arrange the program or conversation you asked about.
Technical data
Our web server records standard request logs, including IP address, browser type, pages requested and timestamps, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to build profiles of visitors.
Cookies
The site sets only the cookies needed for it to function, such as a session cookie and a security token. We do not set advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled in future, this policy will be updated to say which service is used and how to opt out.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared with the people who respond to them, which may include our partner Swanson Reed where your message concerns a program delivered with them. Booking requests made through our booking link are processed by the scheduling service that provides it, under its own privacy terms. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to respond and to run any program you take part in, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records, after which they are deleted. Server logs are rotated routinely.
Access, correction and deletion
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the email in the footer. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the latest revision is shown on this page.
